What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Your product keys and download links are delivered instantly on the payment confirmation page. Additionally, your product keys are emailed to your email address. You are responsible to make sure that the emails have been received by you and not deleted in the SPAM folder.

We do not deliver physical products. All products sold on this website are delivered digitally.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay.

Is SkipTheRide Secure?

Definitely! We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your credit card information is directly transmitted (via SSL) to our payment processor and it is never shared with us. All we can see is the last 4 digits of your credit card number for payment tracking purposes.

How do I place an Order?

Add the product(s) in the Cart and Click Checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once the Product Key is displayed and emailed, we can not issue refund or exchanges. However, if the key has not been delivered, we may be able to process an exchange. Please send an email to support@skiptheride.com with your request.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We offer Guest Checkout, but it is highly recommended that you create an account during checkout, so you can keep track of your orders in your account.

How Can I Return a Product?

Once delivered / emailed. Software products are non-refundable, which is the industry standard.
